Terms of Service

Welcome to Trail Render. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trail Render website, service, and rendering platform operated by MAO Solutions. By accessing our platform or creating an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Trail Render, you must register and authenticate using one of our supported third-party authentication providers or connected fitness platforms (e.g., Google, Strava, Garmin). You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your authentication details. You are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

2. Telemetry and Content Submission

Our service allows you to upload GPS telemetry logs (GPX, TCX, and FIT files) to generate 3D flyover videos. By uploading files, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and process the GPS files. This includes ensuring you have the right to process any health data (such as heart rate) contained within those files.
  • The contents do not violate privacy rights, proprietary rights, or third-party agreements.
  • You grant Trail Render (MAO Solutions) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, parse, and render your uploaded data strictly to perform the requested video generation and display your profile dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying 3D tile textures, map assets, or rendering code.
  • Bypass monthly rendering limits, file size limits, or priority queue layers via automated scripts or multiple accounts.
  • Upload corrupt files, malicious code, or files designed to disrupt the Puppeteer/FFmpeg worker engine.

Violation of these rules is grounds for immediate termination of your account and suspension of your access tokens without notice.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Refunding

Access to our expanded rendering capabilities is based on subscription plan tiers:

  • Pricing: All subscription plans (Free, Pro, Ultra) are displayed and processed in Euros (€). We offer monthly and discounted annual payment structures.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • EU Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase. However, because our service renders digital videos immediately upon request, you explicitly agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once you initiate a 3D video render job.
  • Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where mandated by EU consumer protection laws or in case of service malfunction.

5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

Trail Render is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MAO Solutions does not warrant that:

  • The generated 3D flyover videos will be completely accurate or free from elevation anomalies (elevation map files are retrieved from public sources).
  • The rendering workers will compile videos instantly during high-traffic queue conditions.
  • The service will be completely uninterrupted or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAO Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with Trail Render are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
